Belated happy birthday to me!
February is done but the memories will surely stay. February is special to me because it’s not only the heart’s month but it’s also my birth month. We had a small celebration during Valentine’s wherein we gluttoned over bisteak, steak, cake and fruit shake. Ahhhh, thank you so much to the best hubby in the world. Ever so thoughtful despite my difficult moments.
Reading was also slow because hey, we got busy. The hubby finally visited me here in the hottest place in the Philippines. He stayed for a week and was so dutiful in driving me and fetching me from work. And oh my God, he also organized a birthday party for me which is incredible and so heartrending in the most positive way because how thoughtful can you get? If it’s not too childish, I know I would cry and savor the toe curling moment for months. Wait, where are the pictures? Uhhmmm. Can you please give me weeks to extract them from wherever digital folder that I have stored them? Well, lemme just tell you that a beach, 1 whole lechon, spaghetti, cake, and a lot of yummy things were involved. There was also a drinking spree involved that ended up with the hubby childishly requesting for a guyabano shake on a very late night.
All in all, February was indeed a blessing because of the wonderful people I’m surrounded with. Sorry if I am not so elaborate on this post. I am still stressed about the whereabouts of the birthday photos. Will update once I find them. 😀
