Book Review: Nightstrider

Why is the author making us wait this long for the 2nd book to come out? I want to jump right into it after finishing Nightstrider because I don’t want to break that feeling about being so hyped up about our beloved characters finally smoking the peace pipe (albeit temporarily) and uniting to bring down the accursed conqueror of both the Wake and the Reverie. Book Review: Fatemarked

Everyone who knows me would probably know by now that while I’m not fond of the A Song of Ice and Fire book series, I’m a big fan of the TV show. And this love has enabled me to pick up the books and plow through them despite the pain. This book, along with its two sequels, has been on my shelf for almost a year now. I have tried my very best to ignore it for mainly 2 reasons: 1. I thought it was going to be another Tolkien clone and; 2. I hate character deaths. However, a new year means overcoming new challenges even if it’s only about reading. So, here I am writing this review. I guess that a lot of you already know what A Game of Thrones is all about, what with the popularity of the TV show. But for the sake of those who…
