Happy heart’s month to yáll!
As I have already shared with my last Lifely Updates post, I spent my New Year in Cebu City which is a 1.5 hour flight away from where I currently reside. Except for that emotionally-charged vacay in Cebu, January was pretty slow for me with only work and books to occupy most of my time. I did good though with my promise to start reading the Wheel of Time Series by Robert Jordan. I have already finished 2 books by this time and I find it highly entertaining although the verbosity is quite irksome at some point. But I must plow on because, it would be my biggest series project so far after GRRM’s Game of Thrones and the Sanderson’s Stormlight Archive. I could not, however, commit if I can make individual reviews for all books as reading one would already take a lot of my time.
When I am not reading and has nothing to do for the weekend, I would attend my 3 online classes. Oh, I have enrolled in these classes way back August last year but I find that I need lots of motivation to consistently attend to them. It’s not really catching my attention because I find that I procrastinate on them a lot. Heh. Anyhow, they are still on the drawing board and I am determined to finish them. For now, I just don’t have a definite date to complete them.
